Cancellation Policy

 Service Agreement:    This Service Agreement is to provide training services between Noble Training Solutions and consumers.  This agreement is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the agreement between the parties and is made a part thereof. Any term not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning specified in the agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this service agreement.  Service Overview:   Overview: Comprehensive CPR and BLS training designed for healthcare professionals and individuals who want to be prepared in emergency situations. Duration: 4 hours (Includes hands-on training and final assessment) Cost: $65 per participant (50$ for CPR class and 15 for your 2-year certification) Certification: American Heart Association (AHA) certified, valid for 2 years. Flexible Scheduling: Weekday, weekend and evening classes to accommodate working professionals and students. Policies:   Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable or can be rescheduled.  No Show: Participants will be penalized with a 75% no-show fee of the course.   Payment: Make payment to secure your spot. Payment options include invoice, online or QR code payment.  (Payment must be received before AHA Certification is released to customer per Service Agreement) Receive Confirmation: Confirmation of service and payment.
