N BLE TRAINING SOLUTIONS

At Harley Medical Group Birmingham, we recently underwent our annual Health and Safety training which included, Basic Life Support, Anaphylaxis Shock, Manual Handling and Fire Awareness, the training day was run by “ Noble Training Solutions”

The service that was provided by their chief instructor and director Gareth Noble was faultless, the professional approach given by Gareth relaxed the group so we felt comfortable to absorb the information being taught and ask questions to which Gareth was highly qualified to answer.

Overall a good training day and we would recommend “Noble Training Solutions” to others requiring training.

''I first heard about Noble Training Solutions through my husband , who speaks with great enthusiasm about Gareth Noble the instructor of a military martial arts course he attended, I was intrigued to learn more about he philosophy behind Gareth and his businessess work.

His work revolves about raising peoples self esteem and ensuring personal safety through his many courses from Health and Safety, First Aid at Work, Positive Behaviour Management, amongst others.

During our Personal and Social Education day recently, he gave our sixth formers food for thought regarding their body language and how to avoid becoming a victim of crime. Increasingly, it is important for the pupils in our schools to be more vigilant about hteir safety and project confidence in social situations.

The sixth formers were very enthusiastic about learning theses esentual skills. As a school,our intention is to ask Noble Training Solutions to run courses and develop a PSE programme that focuses on dealing with threatening behaviour - physicalor emotional.

This is an integral part of our school anti bullying policy.''

The Team at Cardiff Harley Medical Group, were delighted that Noble Training Solutions were used for our mandatory training. Gareth delivered all relevant aspects including Manual Handling, Life Support, and Fire Awareness. These were to the levels required for the Nurses who all had a very extensive prior knowledge in most of the topics. The slide shows and handouts were all very relevant and the practicals were interactive and enabled learning through practice. We would definitely choose Noble Training Solutions for our next mandatory training session.
